2010 Yard Dogs Roadshow The Movie
This Rockumentary documents my time touring with Ken Kesey as a bass player with The Merry Pranksters in the late 90’s. Pulling together a group of friends, even making my buddy Zebu a stand up bass, I created The Zoopy Show that toured up and down and all over the US, eventually morphing into The Yard Dogs, and morphing yet again into Beats Antique. It all started with me and Ken Kesey’s friendship and love of unique art performance, music, and puppetry.
Fun Fact, Ken would insist I get “puddled” before all the live shows. This meant ingesting a massive amount of liquid LSD from a puddle in your palm, and performing for hours in front of thousands of people.

I designed and performed the puppetry in this film. I also choreographed fight scenes and helped conceptualize this movie on a stroll through the redwoods in Northern California with Garrin Vincent and Mike Budde.
